The Horses Who Made Me Pt. 3

I went back to the home farm once again to help my Mom with our horses. I always love being home with the familiarity of family, and friends. It is a rewarding place to be because some of the farm’s longest clients have also become an extension of the family. I see the development and the change in horses and students every time I come back. It brings me a lot of joy to see the connection growing between the horses and their riders. Some of these same horses I used to own and I have seen the riders accomplish great goals.

After the fall Persistence brought me to Florida for the winter circuit in Wellington and Ocala, and to where I am today.

During the 2014/2015 winter I was fortunate to have met the team at (EWSZ) European Warmblood Stallion Zentrum, in Ocala who enhanced my riding.

Here I also met Richard my fiancé who inspires me every day to be the best person I can be. And I have a new string of horses to sell and show this 2015/2016 winter circuit.

I believe that people come in to our lives to shape and change them. I believe that horses help carry us through those changes, making us more like them. Sometimes what we lack, horses have, or how they act is a reflection of us.

I am excited about what the future holds, I am thankful for the memories, the people, and to be riding everyday.

Where I am is a comfortable place, and when that becomes reality you know you are in the right place.
