Over the years, it has developed a multitude of unique combinations, some of
which have become standards in the international market. Additionally, our
innovative approach allows OS Apparel to customize fabrics to buyers' specifications.
OS Apparel produces garments in strict accordance with customers' specifications according to AQL 2.5 quality specifications with 100% in-line inspection. Thus, finished garments are guaranteed to satisfy the needs of both the direct buyer and the end consumer.
OS Apparel factories were also awarded ISO 9002 accreditation in recognition of
our commitment to providing quality products and customer service. We have also
established key objectives for continuous improvement.
With the capability of converting raw fiber into finished garments, OS Apparel
is truly a vertically integrated operation. The flow of goods through the
different stages of production is monitored by a single company, ensuring that
customers receive the maximum in service, quality, efficiency, and of course a guaranteed on-time delivery.
For each high-quality product, the company has set up one sample clothing
department. The department makes the sample according to the technological
requirement of product design firstly, and makes the finished product for the
production of the factory, then delivers the craft to the production division of the factory.
The quality control process is as follows: material and accessories inspection -
coloration inspection - cut out block inspection - clothing block examine - flow
into factory to make - analyze craft characteristic and quality control
requirements by Factory manager - QC staff supervises quality of technological
process - QC of every factory check quality of unfinished work of at any
possible time - complete finished product is examined for the first time- flow
into the next procedure and be examined for the second time - the finished
product is examined by the vice general inspector before packing - general
inspector examines the random samples. Excellent rate is up to 100%.
Quality, sample and delivery date are three important points for quality
control. QC staff rigorously enforce the customer's suggestion and demand,
communicate with the factory in time, and give feedback information to business
personnel, then the business personnel will communicate with the customer. The
final goal is to deliver goods with high quality, on time and to satisfy
customers. |
